As used in NRS 433.538 to 433.543, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Administrative officer” means a person with overall executive and administrative responsibility for a division facility. 2. “Division facility” means any unit or subunit operated by:

(a)The Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for the care, treatment and training of consumers; or

(b)The Division of Child and Family Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS.
