Text

The Director shall prescribe and enforce regulations governing the establishment, screening, relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards as provided in NRS 410.095 to 410.210, inclusive, consistent with the provisions of 23 U.S.C. § 136 and the national standards promulgated thereunder by the Secretary of Transportation.
