§ 404.140 — Road supervisor: Oath and bond

Text

Before entering upon the duties of office, each road supervisor appointed under the provisions of NRS 404.120 to 404.160, inclusive, shall:

1.Take the oath prescribed by law.
2.Execute a bond to the State of Nevada, to be approved by the board of county commissioners, in the penal sum of $1,000. The bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of the road supervisor’s office, and shall be filed in the office of the county clerk.
