Text

1.The moneys constituting the road fund of the road district may be used in the payment of demands allowed on the road fund by the board of county commissioners, including building and repairing bridges, aqueducts and highways of the district to which the fund belongs.
2.No money shall be drawn from the road fund without the order and approval of the board of county commissioners.
