Text
A participant obligated to repay a stipend that is converted to a loan pursuant to NRS 397.0645 may, as determined by the three Nevada State Commissioners, acting jointly, receive credit towards payment of the loan for professional services provided without compensation to the State or any of its political subdivisions.
