Text
A policy on power-based violence adopted pursuant to NRS 396.145 must include, without limitation, information on: 1. The procedures by which a student or employee at an institution within the System may report or disclose an alleged incident of power-based violence that occurred on or off a campus of the institution; 2. Supportive measures, including, without limitation:
(a)Changing academic, living, campus transportation or work arrangements;
(b)Taking a leave of absence from the institution in response to an alleged incident of power-based violence;
(c)How to request supportive measures; and
(d)The process to have any supportive measures reviewed by the institution;
