As used in this section and NRS 391A.705 and 391A.710, unless the context otherwise requires, “approved traditional pathway licensure program” means a course of study or training, approved by the Commission on Professional Standards in Education pursuant to NRS 391.037, that: 1. Upon completion, makes a student eligible to obtain a license to teach in this State:
(a)Kindergarten or any grade from grades 1 through 12; or
(b)In the subject area of special education; or
2. Allows a student to specialize in the subject area of early childhood education.
