Text
The State Historical Records Advisory Board, consisting of the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator and nine members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created. The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator shall serve as a nonvoting member of the Board and Secretary to the Board. The Board is responsible to the Governor and may make recommendations to the Legislature.
