Text
A petition for redetermination must: 1. Set forth the amount of the determination that is contested and the grounds for requesting a redetermination; and 2. Be accompanied by:
(a)Payment of the amount of the determination that is not contested; and
(b)Any books and records and other evidence which support the petition.
