Text
Except to the extent necessary to administer the Program, personally identifiable information relating to individual participants in the Program, including, without limitation, the name, physical and electronic mail address, telephone number and other personally identifiable information of the participant, and information relating to individual accounts established or maintained through the Program, including, without limitation, the identity or amount of any investment, contribution or earnings attributable to an account, is confidential and must be maintained as confidential, unless the person who provides the information or is the subject of the information expressly agrees in writing to the disclosure of the information.
