Text

“Governing body” means the State Legislature, the State Board of Examiners, any state officer or commission, or other agency or instrumentality of the State authorized to issue public securities in its name and on its behalf, the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada, or any city council, city commission, board of supervisors, town council, town board, board of county commissioners, board of trustees of a school district, board of directors or trustees of any other type of district or authority, or other local legislative or governing body of another type of public body.
