Text

1. If, at any time during his or her appointment, a registrant changes his or her mailing address, county of residence or place of business or employment, the registrant shall submit to the Secretary of State a request for an amended registration on a form provided by the Secretary of State. The request must:

(a)Include the new information; and
(b)Be submitted within 30 days after making the change. 2. The Secretary of State may suspend the registration of a registrant who fails to provide to the Secretary of State notice of a change in any of the information specified in subsection 1. 3. If a registrant changes his or her name and the registrant intends to use his or her new name in performing document preparation services, the registrant shall submit to the Secretary of State a request
