1.A member of the Nevada Resilience Advisory Committee or any subcommittee formed pursuant to NRS 239C.450 may not receive any compensation for his or her services as a member of the Committee or the subcommittee.

2.Any member of the Committee or any subcommittee formed pursuant to NRS 239C.450 who is a public employee must be granted administrative leave from his or her duties to engage in the business of the Committee or subcommittee, as applicable, without loss of his or her regular compensation. Such leave does not reduce the amount of his or her other accrued leave.

3.Each member of the Committee or any subcommittee formed pursuant to NRS 239C.450 is entitled, while engaged in the business of the Committee or subcommittee, to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses provi
