1. Subject to the provisions of subsection 2, the Nevada Resilience Advisory Committee may appoint any subcommittee deemed necessary by the Committee to assist in carrying out the duties of the Committee. 2. The Committee may appoint not more than two subcommittees at any time. 3. Each subcommittee formed pursuant to subsection 1 must:

(a)Have a specific objective; and

(b)Operate for not more than 6 months, unless an extension is approved by the Committee. 4. The Chair of the Committee shall appoint to a subcommittee formed pursuant to subsection 1 the number of voting members that the Chair of the Committee determines to be appropriate. The Chair may appoint any person the Chair deems appropriate to serve on a subcommittee, except that a subcommittee must include at least one member of
