The State of Nevada, any county, city, town or other political subdivision in this State may apply for authority to establish, operate and maintain foreign trade zones in this State, pursuant to the provisions of an Act of Congress entitled “A bill to provide for the establishment, operation and maintenance of foreign trade zones in ports of entry in the United States, and to expedite and encourage foreign commerce,” 19 U.S.C. §§ 81a to 81u, inclusive.
