Text
A state agency may, upon receiving a written request from any other state agency, provide to the requesting state agency a copy of any record maintained by the state agency other than a record which is declared by law to be confidential. For the purposes of this section, if a record is declared by law to be confidential in part and not confidential in part, the state agency may provide to the requesting state agency a copy of that portion of the record which is not confidential.
