Text
1. The Commissioners shall:
(a)Keep a record of all their transactions.
(b)At each regular session, make a report of their transactions to the Legislature.
(c)At each regular session, make recommendations to the Legislature.
2. The Commissioners may, at any time other than that specified in subsection 1, make reports and recommendations to the Legislature.
