Text

1. “Property” means tangible property described in NRS 120A.510 or a fixed and certain interest in intangible property that is held, issued or owed in the course of a holder’s business or by a government, governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality. 2. The term includes, without limitation:

(a)All income from or increments to the property.
(b)Property that is referred to as or evidenced by:
(1)Money, virtual currency or interest, or a payroll card, dividend, check, draft or deposit;
(2)A credit balance, customer’s overpayment, stored-value card, security deposit, refund, credit memorandum, unpaid wage, unused ticket for which the issuer has an obligation to provide a refund, mineral proceeds or unidentified remittance;
(3)A security, except for a security that is subject to a
