Text
A. Persons eligible for enrollment as corps members are persons who:
(1)are unemployed;
(2)are between the ages of fourteen and twenty-five years old;
(3)are New Mexico residents; and (4) meet any additional eligibility standards for employment as deemed necessary by the commission. B. Corps members are not entitled to any employee benefits provided to state employees under the Personnel Act [Chapter 10, Article 9 NMSA 1978]. Corps members shall be entitled to receive workers' compensation benefits provided by the commission.
