uranium mine reclamation coordinator. The secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources shall create a uranium mine reclamation coordinator position and employ additional staff as needed to coordinate the department's uranium mine and mill site reclamation activities and effectively collaborate and engage with the department of environment in carrying out the provisions of Section 1 [9-7A-16 NMSA 1978] of this 2022 act.
