Text
The "cultural affairs department enterprise fund" is created as a nonreverting fund in the state treasury. Except as otherwise provided by law, the fund consists of appropriations to the fund, revenue generated by the department, proceeds from the disposition of department property, income from investment of the fund, gifts, grants, donations and bequests. The fund shall be administered by the department, and money in the fund is subject to appropriation by the legislature to the department to carry out the provisions of the Cultural Affairs Department Act and other laws administered by the department or any of its divisions.
