Text
[Indian affairs department]; duty. The New Mexico office of Indian affairs, or a successor agency [Indian affairs department], shall appoint the secretary or the secretary's designee to serve as a member of the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative and shall ensure that all behavioral health services, including mental health and substance abuse services funded, provided, contracted for or approved by the commission, are in compliance with the requirements of Section 9-7-6.4 NMSA l978.
