§ 9-15-29 — Definitions
As used in Sections 9-15-28 [repealed] through 9-15-34 NMSA 1978: A. "department" means the economic development department; B. "director" means the director of the trade and Mexican affairs division of the economic development department; and C. "secretary" means the secretary of economic development.
