executive committee; subcommittees; composition and duties. A. There is created within the technology and innovation network advisory board an executive committee. B. The executive committee is composed of the following members of the technology and innovation network advisory board:
(1)the chair;
(2)two core members;
(3)two of the public members appointed by the secretary; and (4) one representative from each of the following four target sectors: aerospace and space, biosciences, clean energy and water and advanced computing. C. The executive committee shall oversee the technology and innovation network advisory board's operations, set meeting agendas, review and approve subcommittee recommendations and make time-sensitive decisions between full board meetings.
