Text
A. The secretary of state shall transmit copies of the session laws without charge as follows:
(1)one copy to each New Mexico supreme court justice;
(2)one copy to each New Mexico court of appeals judge;
(3)one copy to each New Mexico district court judge;
(4)five copies to the New Mexico attorney general;
(5)two copies to each New Mexico district attorney;
(6)one copy to the board of county commissioners of each county;
(7)copies to other state officers and agencies, or additional copies to legislators upon request by the clerks of each house by January 30 and to those listed above if the copies or additional copies are needed for governmental purposes and are not to replace lost volumes; and (8) copies to the New Mexico supreme court law library as may be required for exchange of
