of election; filling board vacancies.] As soon as the result of any election has been declared the secretary of the board of directors shall prepare and file with the county clerk of the county in which the office of the district is located a statement showing: first, a copy of the publication notice of the election; second, the names of the judges of election; third, the total number of votes cast in the district and in each precinct thereof; fourth, the names of the persons voted for; fifth, the number of votes cast in each precinct for each of such persons; sixth, the names of the persons declared elected; seventh, the number of votes cast in each precinct for and against any question submitted to a vote other than the election of directors; eighth, the declared result of the vote upon
