Text

The term "qualified electors", as used in Sections 73-14-54 through 73-14-69 NMSA 1978, means only those persons who have reached the age of majority and, for at least six months prior to the election, have owned, during the entire six-month period, real property situated within the district that is subject to conservancy district appraisals, assessments, levies and taxes.
