§ 73-12-13 — Regular and special meetings of board; records of board

New Mexico·Ch. 73 Special Districts·Art. 12 Electrical Irrigation Districts
to be kept open; rights-of-way; right to acquire oil or gas for power; title to property; exemption from taxation. The board of directors shall hold a regular quarterly meeting in their office on the first Tuesday of January, April, July and October of each year and such special meetings as may be required for the proper transaction of business. All special meetings shall be called by the president of the board or any two directors. All meetings of the board must be made public and two members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and on all questions requiring a vote there shall be a concurrence of at least two members of said board.
