§ 73-11-6 — [Proceedings to determine validity; bond issue or contract

New Mexico·Ch. 73 Special Districts·Art. 11 Irrigation Districts Cooperating with United States
with United States; ascertainment of benefits and damages; inclusion or exclusion of land.] The board of directors of any irrigation district organized under the provisions of this act shall commence special proceedings in and by which the proceedings of said board and of said district providing for and authorizing the issue and sale of the bonds of said district, whether said bonds or any of them have or have not been sold or disposed of, or in and by which the proceedings of said board and of said district providing for the authorization of contract with the United States may be judicially examined, approved and confirmed.
