§ 73-11-14 — [Approval of petition for improvement; notice of hearing;
publication; determination.] In event that the said board shall approve such petition, the board shall fix the time and place for the hearing thereof, and shall publish a notice in English and Spanish once each week for four successive weeks prior to such hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, stating that the lands within certain described boundaries are proposed to be organized as a local improvement district, stating generally the nature of the proposed improvement; that certificates of indebtedness for such local improvement are proposed to be issued as the obligations of the irrigation district; that the lands within the said local improvement district are to be assessed for such improvement, and the time and place of hearing thereon.
