§ 72-20-28 — Elections

New Mexico·Ch. 72 Water Law·Art. 20 Eastern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Act

Each biennial election of directors and any other election of the authority, including an election to seek approval for the issuance of bonds, shall be conducted pursuant to the Local Election Act [Chapter 1, Article 22 NMSA 1978].
