§ 72-18-35 — Election

New Mexico·Ch. 72 Water Law·Art. 18 Flood Control Districts

Wherever in the Flood Control District Act an election of the qualified electors of a district is permitted or required, the election shall be held pursuant to the Local Election Act [Chapter 1, Article 22 NMSA 1978].
