Text

A. The application shall generally describe the boundaries of the district, have a map showing the district, a current financial statement of the district, a plan for final disposition of the assets of the district and for payment of the securities and other financial obligations of the district and shall state whether or not the functions of the district are to be continued and, if so, by what means. B. The application shall include:

(1)a certificate that the district has no outstanding securities; or (2) a statement that securities are outstanding but that funds or federal securities will be placed in escrow before dissolution in a state or national bank within the state which has trust powers and which is a member of the federal deposit insurance corporation, and that such funds or fed
