§ 72-14-8 — [Governor may employ persons and fix their

New Mexico·Ch. 72 Water Law·Art. 14 Interstate Stream Commission; Protection of

compensation.] That the governor of New Mexico is authorized to employ such engineers, employees and attorneys as in his judgment may be necessary for the provisions of this act [72-14-7, 72-14-8 NMSA 1978], and to fix the compensation therefor.
