§ 72-14-37 — [Special water revenue bonds of interstate stream
commission; anticipation of tax proceeds.] In the event House Bill No. 117 of the twenty-fourth legislature becomes law, the taxes collected, the proceeds of which are hereinafter anticipated, shall be those levied by that 1959 act.
