prohibited. It is unlawful for a person to camp, or to park a trailer, recreational vehicle or motor vehicle within three hundred yards of a manmade water hole, a water well or a watering tank used by wildlife or domestic stock, without the prior consent of the owner of the land, the person in lawful possession of the land or the authorized representatives of either. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
