A.Abandoned real property may be sold by special sale.
B.Notice of the sale shall be published in a local newspaper within the county where the abandoned real property is located, or in a newspaper published in a county contiguous to or near the county in which the abandoned real property is located, the week immediately preceding the week of the sale. In cases where abandoned real property is offered for sale via an online platform pursuant to Subsection D of this section, the notice of the sale shall be published in a local newspaper within the county where the abandoned real property is located, or in a newspaper published in a county contiguous to or near the county in which the abandoned real property is located, the week immediately preceding the week of the beginning
