Text
political subdivisions of the state. The division shall provide, subject to the availability of resources within the division, assistance services to state agencies and political subdivisions in the valuation of property owned or being considered for purchase by the state or by political subdivisions. Agencies and political subdivisions that are not funded from the state general fund shall reimburse the division for the actual cost incurred in the valuation of the property.
