Text

The division may: A. contract with any agency of the federal government to perform specified aviation services; B. accept federal grants for the administration and performance of such aviation services; C. employ necessary personnel and pay other administrative costs from federal grant funds in accordance with a budget approved by the department of finance and administration without regard to other restrictions or limitations imposed on the division's budget.
