(Repealed effective July 1, 2028.) A. Every person licensed under the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act shall renew his license annually on or before the expiration date of the initial or renewal license. B. The board shall issue a renewal license to the licensee upon receipt of the renewal application, the renewal fee and proof satisfactory to the board of compliance with continuing education requirements. C. Continuing education requirements for licensees shall be established by the board, provided that:

(1)for dietitians, the requirements shall be those established by the commission; and (2) for nutritionists and nutrition associates, at least seventy-five clock hours, or the equivalent, during a five-year period shall be required to be obtained in increments of fifteen clock hours
