Text

As used in the Impaired Dentists and Dental Hygienists Act: A. "board" means the New Mexico board of dental health care; B. "dental hygienists committee" means the New Mexico dental hygienists committee; C. "dentistry or dental hygiene" means the practice of dentistry or dental hygiene; and D. "licensee" means a dentist or dental hygienist licensed by the board.
