Text
A. The board shall ratify the recommendations of the committee unless the board makes a specific finding that a recommendation is:
(1)beyond the jurisdiction of the committee;
(2)an undue financial impact upon the board; or (3) not supported by the record. B. The board shall provide the necessary expenditures incurred by the committee and the board in implementing and executing the ratified recommendations.
