§ 61-32-12 — License; display of license. (Repealed effective July 1,
2030.) A. Initial licenses shall be issued for the remainder of the year in which the license is granted, as established by rule.
B.A license issued by the board shall at all times be posted in the establishment or crematory in a conspicuous place.
