2030.) A. The board shall organize by electing a chair and vice chair from among its members annually. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum and may exercise all powers and duties established by the provisions of the Real Estate Appraisers Act.
B.The board shall keep a record of its proceedings, a register of persons registered, licensed or certified as real estate appraiser trainees, state licensed residential real estate appraisers or state certified real estate appraisers, showing the name and places of business of each, and shall retain all records and applications submitted to the board pursuant to the Real Estate Appraisers Act.
C.The board shall meet not less frequently than once each calendar quarter at such place as may be designated by the board, and special meeting
