New Mexico Statutes
§ 61-29-13 — Provision for hearing before suspension or revocation of
license. The commission shall, before suspending or revoking any license, set the matter down for a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Licensing Act [61-1-1 to 61-1-31 NMSA 1978].
