Text
effective July 1, 2030.) Application for a certificate or permit by a person or firm that is domiciled outside of New Mexico shall constitute appointment of the secretary of state as the applicant's agent, upon whom process may be served in an action or proceeding against the applicant or certificate holder arising out of a transaction or operation connected with or incidental to services performed within New Mexico.
