§ 61-24D-15 — Home inspector fund created; deposits; method of
payment.
A.There is created in the state treasury the "home inspector fund" to be administered by the board. All fees received by the board pursuant to the Home Inspector Licensing Act shall be deposited with the state treasurer to the credit of the home inspector fund. Income earned on investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
B.Money in the home inspector fund is appropriated to the board to meet necessary expenses incurred in the enforcement of the provisions of the Home Inspector Licensing Act, in carrying out the duties imposed by the Home Inspector Licensing Act and for the promotion of education and standards for home inspectors in the state.
