A.All licensees and their employers shall carry at all times errors and omissions insurance and professional liability insurance to cover all activities contemplated pursuant to the provisions of the Home Inspector Licensing Act.
B.In addition to the powers and duties granted to the board pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 [61-24D-3 NMSA 1978] of the Home Inspector Licensing Act, the board may adopt rules that establish the minimum terms and conditions of coverage, including limits of coverage and permitted exceptions. If adopted by the board, the rules shall require every applicant for a license and licensee who applies for renewal of a license to provide the board with satisfactory evidence that the applicant or licensee has errors and omissions insurance coverage and professional
