2036.) The board shall: A. promulgate rules in accordance with the State Rules Act [Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978] to implement the provisions of the Landscape Architects Act; B. provide for the examination, registration and re-registration of applicants; C. adopt and use a seal; D. administer oaths and take testimony on matters within the board's jurisdiction; E. grant, deny, renew, suspend or revoke certificates of registration to practice landscape architecture in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Licensing Act [Chapter 61, Article 1 NMSA 1978] for any cause stated in the Landscape Architects Act; F. grant, deny, renew, suspend or revoke landscape architect in training certificates in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Licensing Act for any cause stated in the L
