New Mexico Statutes
§ 61-23-8 — Removal of members of board. (Repealed effective July 1,
2030.) The governor may remove, after notice and hearing, any member of the board for misconduct, incompetency, neglect of duty, malfeasance in office or for any reason prescribed by law for removal of state officials.
